Jonathan
This might be one of the sons of Richard Arnold of Hampshire County. According to Richard Brackenbury (GedCom on Rootsweb), Jonathan was born ~1730, married Sarah Rachel Scott, died ~1799. In ~1765, it is believed he moved to Fayette Co, PA with two of his brothers, Andrew and Jesse.

Moses
He apparently was in the southern part of Hampshire county, that became Hardy county, and he apparently died in about 1818.

It seems that this is the grandfather of the Moses in Decatur Co, IA in 1860. [Note - Sept 2011 - Since Moses is the brother of William, possible father of our Margaret, then this is possibly Margaret's great grandfather.]

George
He appears just once, on George Beall’s tax list
1788 May 28 - list of George Beall - George Arnold

Adam Arnholt - appears on the personal property tax list 2 years before the rest of the Dunkers - and their name is sometimes spelled like his - but no Adam appears on any of the published genealogies. AND, his name is only rarely written as Arnold.
1792 June 25 - Personal property tax list, Hampshire Co - Adam Arnholt
1792 June 6 - Personal property tax list, Hampshire Co - Adam Arnholt
1797 May 25 - Personal property tax list, Hampshire Co - Adam Arnholt
1798 June 2 - Personal property tax list, Hampshire Co - Adam Arnholt
1799 May 28?- Personal property tax list, Hampshire Co - Adam Arnholt
The columns for 1800-14 are white titheables / common horses / slaves over 12 - which is strange, because I thought Dunkers didn’t believe in slavery - I actually believe the column headings should be reversed
1800 personal property tax list, Hampshire Co, VA (GW Price) - Adam Arnold 1 - 1
1801 personal property tax list, Hampshire Co, VA (George Price) - Arnold, Adam 1 - 1

1806 personal property tax list, Hampshire Co, VA (James Gibson) - not on this list
1807 personal property tax list, Hampshire Co, VA - Arnholt, Adam 2 - 3
1808 - no records this year

(same page Andrew Arnholt 100010 20110)
This Adam = 26-45, b 1775-94 = old enough to be the one in 1792
This is the last I have found of him in Hampshire Co. However, in Hardy Co (which was formed from Hampshire) there are some people who might be sons of his:

There are several Johns on the tax lists -

                 1m, 1f 26-45            1765-84 John 1776, Rosanna 1778
columns are: white titheables / common horses / slaves over 12 but I think maybe the list is reversed with horses being the last number - And since the one in 1813, with no titheables was the preacher, I assumed the other non-titheables were him also.
