I knew my family of Bothwells wasn't in Detroit, but I was looking up my mother's people, the Cusmans, and they were so close alphabetically that I copied down the Bothwells as well. (The number after the date is the microfilm number at the State of Wisconsin Historical Society Library.)

Someone on the Bothwell GenForum site was asking about Detroit Bothwells, so here is some of the exchange . . .
am looking for information on the Bothwells in Detroit circa 1910. Possibly a Glen and Adele and some of their children -
names being Guy and Donald.

at 1680 Rivard Street, City of Detroit:
Frank Bothwell age 49, wife Mary age 49,
Children -Glenn age 28
                Bertha age 25
               William H. age 23
               Charles H. age 16 (my grandfather)
               Raymond age 7

have Bothwell family ties that go back to Detroit. My Father's name is Frank Bothwell and he was born in Saginaw in 1918.
His father's name was Charles Huxford Bothwell and he was born in Albion in 1885.

I have these sisters, both born Valleyfield, Quebec, Canada. Quote:
