Thomas
I don't really know what happened to any of the early Browns - I had assumed Thomas went west more or less when Moses did, but it is possible he stayed in Orange County, at least for a while.

There was a Moses Brown in Scipio in 1810 - but I think our Moses was already in Pennsylvania by then.

Abstracts of Wills 1799-1842, Cayuga Co, NY
Thomas Brown of Scipio 9 Aug 1803 - probate 10 Feb 1804
son Thomas - daughter in law Elizabeth
nephews John Moses Edward niece Mary
exec Richd Hudson jr, Asa Harris
It doesn’t seem like this could him - he would only have been 26 - too young to have a daughter in law. Doesn’t seem to relate to our batch of Browns at all - but look at the names!
The Unknowns -
Since all Archibald's sons, except for Moses, seem to have been with him in 1800, then only those first appearing in 1810 should be considered as possible candidates. [It is barely possible that Thomas was married in 1800 and was counted twice, but that is a pure guess.]
According to the 1790 census, they all were born after 1774. Assuming that Moses and Thomas were the elder sons, these younger ones would have to have been born after 1778. According to the 1800 census, two were born 1774-84 (one of these would probably have been Thomas), and two were born 1784-1790. I suspect one of the younger ones was living (with wife and child) with Archibald in 1810.
So - first appearing in 1810 were Enos (1765-84), 2 Daniels (1755-74) and a John (1765-84). One of the Daniels is probably the son of Daniel (nephew of Archibald), and there are at least 3 Johns who are also nephews or grand-nephews of Archibald. So that leaves Enos and one of the Daniels as possibles. Daniel is a little old, although his age seems to become less as the censuses go by.
First appearing in 1820 were Elisha, Israel, Nathan, Nelson and Samuel W. Elisha is probably too old; Nathan is probably the son of Duncan, grandson of John 1717; Nelson is possibly too old (especially if we are looking for Male C b 1784-90) - although he is almost surely related to Duncan McQuarrie/Brown. Israel and Samuel W are possibles.
But all of this assumes that the sons stayed, not only in New York, not only in Orange County, but in Walkill itself - and there were a LOT of Browns in other places - in the county, in the state, in the country.

For the unknown females, there is even less to go on - since I have not yet looked for marriages etc. in Orange County. The unattached female Browns buried in the Old Burying Ground of the Scotchtown Presbyterian Church were: Effa Brown, died December 5, 1882, age 77y, 6m, 16d (= born ~1805 - too young to be Archibald's daughter) and Hannah Brown, died August 25, 1829, age 80y (= born ~1749 - too old to be Archibald's daughter) - and of course, both of them could be wives rather than maiden-name Browns. There are a couple of other Brown females, but they seem to be married-to-Browns or connected with other-than-Archibald people.
