PLEASE NOTE: I have no support for supposing that any of these records - except for John's church records -  apply to these particular Darrs.  There seems to be a cluster of appropriate names around Upper Milford, but it might not mean anything.

Michael
no information at all - these are all the Michaels I have.  There was a Michael in the Weigant Darr line, son of Jacob, born 1745, [ according to Robert Lewis he was not really Jacob's son, but the son of Michael and Maria Margaretha, although Humphreys - Pennsylvania Births - has him as Jacob's son.]   However, the date 1745 would fit this Michael nicely - and possibly there was a mixup between his mother's name and his wife's???

Revolutionary War Pension Abstracts
Derr, John S12762, Cont and PA line, sol was b 6 Apr 1760 in Northampton Cty PA & lived in Philadelphia Cty PA at enl, appl 10 Nov 1842 Frederick Cty MD while living with a son not named, sol d 15 Jul 1854, in 1853 sol's daughters Elizabeth aged 58 & Catherine aged 56 were living in Carroll Cty MD & a bro was referred to as being aged 64 but he wasn't named. -
Apparently there is another pension application for him, dated 1843 - says he was b. 6 Apr 1760 Northampton County, lived 1761-1786 in Philadelphia Co, moved to York Co 1786, to Baltimore Co, MD in 1812, then Frederick [->Carroll] in 1826. [info from Robert Lewis]
