1763-aft 1840
Delaware - North Carolina - Kentucky? - Indiana
Daniel Hudson was probably the brother of Isaac Hudson. Their father was probably Arnold Hudson. He (Daniel) was born in about 1763 in Kent County, Delaware. Brother Isaac was a militia man during the Revolutionary War, but I have never heard that Daniel was. After the war, he and Isaac and a few other Hudsons moved to North Carolina.
He is in the land records of Lincoln County:
August 30, 1785 Lincoln County, NC (land sale to Lawrence Yontz)
And he was there for the 1790 census.
Rowan County, North Carolina

Daniel apparently was married at that time, with one son. His wife was Mary Margaret Taylor, but I don't know the son's name. His son Arnold was born ~1791.
Some people say he had a daughter Margaret b. 1780, which is certainly possible, but I wonder why she wasn't on the 1790 census with him then. Margaret married Daniel Starney in about 1793, and died in Lincoln Co, NC in 1862. (Daniel Starney d. 1857)
He was supposed to have had at least 4 children besides Arnold, but the censuses suggest more - maybe as many as 4 daughters (besides the questionable Margaret) and 4 sons. John Hudson (Hudson Family Association) says they had 7 children.
In about 1813, Daniel went to Clark County, Indiana where son Arnold married Nancy Roby. Clark County is further up the Ohio River than Warrick County, a little north and east of Louisville, KY. It was formed in 1801 - Warrick County wasn't carved out of Indian Lands until 1813.

There are also two other Hudsons, who don't belong to Isaac, who may be Daniel's
sons???
Hudson, Isaac M 00001//0001
William 00001//0001
They are both in the 20-30 age group (b. 1800-10) - but I think William is the son of
William and Susannah Hudson, so possibly Isaac M is Daniel's son???
Brother Isaac died in 1834. Daniel lived on until at least 1840.

After that I have no more information on him.

???Isaac M
It seems to me that this is not Isaac jr, despite the name on the marriage certificate.
So this would be a nephew probably of the original Isaac. On the other hand, he is in
Boon Twp, near Isaac sr. My best guess at this time is that he is the son of Daniel,
Isaac's brother.
