Daniel, Isaac's brother, supposedly had a daughter Margaret - but she
supposedly was born 1780, m. Daniel Starney, d. 1852, all in NC. I have problems
with that scenario, but if Daniel already had a daughter named Margaret, then this
one does not belong to him.
Rebecca Merritt Hudson Shrode named one of her sons Ezekiel Perigo -
does that mean Margaret was her sister???

Otherwise, I have no idea to whom she might connect. - although Joseph

I would have thought Daniel jr was the son of Daniel, but all the Hudson
researchers agree that, no, he was the son of Isaac - they say that "jr" was used
more loosely then, to mean "younger" and not "son of." So.
I don't know what the (Hudson) means after Rachel's name. I thought
perhaps this was Rachel McGill, who married Romeo Perigo, who died in ~1830 - she
appears alone in the 1830 census, and then in 1831 apparently marries WILLIAM
Hudson. So I wonder if this was a different Rachel, or if the marriage never came
off, or if there was a quick divorce???? Daniel anyway went on to marry again in
1830.

He is the right age to be a son of Isaac's brother Daniel, but I have never
found a list of Daniel's children (except for Arnold and Margaret), so I can't be sure.
And there is another problem. Isaac M m. Elizabeth Bloyd in 1830. Isaac
jur m. Miriam Hadden or Madden in 1831. And on the 1850 census, Isaac M appears
with wife Miriam.
