There are no family memories attached to Charlotte Hull, although the name Charlotte did continue down for a few generations.
She was born some time between 1804 and 1810 in Kentucky, probably the northeastern part (Mason, Greenup counties). Her father was John Hull of Virginia and her mother was Rebecca. There was another John Hull in more-or-less the same area who also was married to a Rebecca - this one was Rebecca Bennet - and for a time I thought the two John Hulls were actually one. With the help of Phyllis Hughes, the Hull Family genealogist and archivist and all-around helpful person, that mistake has been eliminated. There really were two John Hulls, ours married to Rebecca Unknown, and the other one married to Rebecca Bennett.
She had 5 brothers and 3 sisters - and possibly several more. Since the early censuses only list the head of household by name, it is difficult to tell who all the children are - but the 1810 census lists more children than would be expected.
She married Andrew Lusk in 1830 in Greenup County, Kentucky - but the source in which I found the marriage record listed nothing more than name and date - AND it does not give her maiden name.

The information that her maiden name was Hull came from two separate people, contacted through the Internet - Lore Hull Kreske, a descendant of one of Charlotte's brothers, and Dorothy McHaney, a descendant of Charlotte's daughter Rebecca. I have no reason to doubt their information, but it is not documented, as far as I know.
Update - from Phyllis Hughes:
On March 01, 1838, Rebecca Hull signed a deed which mentioned three of the heirs of John Hull, deceased. These were: (1) John M. James and Eliza Jane, his wife, formerly Eliza Jane Hull; (2) Andrew Lusk and Charlotte, his wife, formerly Charlotte Hull; and (3) Moses Hull.
Charlotte's father, John Hull, died in 1834 or 1835, and sometime after that most of the Hulls moved north, across the Ohio River, to Warrick County, Indiana. Her brothers John and George had moved there by 1840 and sometime around 1842 her brother Samuel and sister Rebecca, as well as her widowed mother, moved there too. Apparently Charlotte and Andrew made the move with them - their son, John S Lusk, born in 1842, always claimed Indiana as his birthplace.
Charlotte and Andrew had possibly six children. (Only 5 appear on the 1850 census, but
the 6th was married by then.)

Emily - born 9 Oct 1834 in Kentucky this is the one who was married in
1849
Rebecca - born 2 May 1838 in Kentucky
Patience M - about 1840 in Kentucky
her name is very difficult to read; another person read it as Resistance!
Emily had a daughter called Brittain and I wonder now if this might not
have been the name.
John S - born about 1842 in Indiana
Andrew Lusk died between 1842 and 1850. Charlotte was listed as a widow on that census. Although most of her children were in Warrick and Vandenburgh counties in 1860, I have not been able to find her in that census - nor in the 1870 census.
At some time in the 1870s, most of the Lusk/Hulls moved to Wayne County, Illinois. (That was where John Darr lived, who married Emily Rebecca Lusk, Grandma Bess's
mother.) Charlotte's brother George had moved to Marion County, Illinois, in about 1853; Marion is the next county to the north-west.
In 1880, Charlotte was living with her youngest son, John S.
